Which size should I choose: M (40×40 cm) or L (60×40 cm)?

The M size (40×40 cm) is ideal for starting with 1 to 3 modules or for more intimate spaces. The L size (60×40 cm) offers greater visual and acoustic impact per module. Both sizes are compatible with each other and can be assembled in any configuration.

How do you combine several panels to create a living wall?

The panels fit together side by side using a side-by-side interlocking system. You can create arrangements of 1 to 9 pieces (panels + spacer panels) along the same wall. No special tools are required.

How do I hang the plant wall art on the wall?

Each painting comes with its own wall-mounting system. The mounting hardware is hidden once the painting is in place. Be sure to use a wall plug and screw suitable for your wall type (concrete, drywall, brick). A level is recommended for perfect alignment.

Can I change the front panel of my living wall?

Yes, that's one of the main advantages of the Artena picture frame. The fronts are interchangeable: simply remove the old one and snap the new one into place in just a few seconds. All the fronts in the collection are compatible with all the frames, regardless of whether they are M or L size.

Are the plants included with the painting?

No, the plant is not included with the plant artwork. You must order your plant separately from our store. This allows you to freely choose the species that best suits your home and your preferences.

How much light does the living wall need?

The selected plants (Epipremnum, Philodendron, Fern) tolerate indirect light and environments without direct sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight and completely dark rooms. A well-lit office, living room, or entryway is ideal.

What is the acoustic performance of the living wall?

The façade made of recycled PET felt has an NRC absorption coefficient of 0.8, meaning it absorbs 80% of mid-frequency sound waves. Installing multiple panels significantly improves a room’s acoustic comfort by reducing reverberation.

Is the plant wall made in France?

Yes. Artena’s living art panels are assembled in Lyon. The PET felt facades are manufactured in Europe using recycled plastic. We prioritize short supply chains for all of our components.
