When are the first deliveries scheduled?
The first shipments are scheduled for late May 2026. Pre-orders will open on April 4. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Are plants really alive?
Yes, 100% real. No preserved plants, no artificial ones. Each plant is a genuine potted houseplant (15 cm max) suited for vertical display and the Artena growing medium.
Can I use my own plants?
Yes. Your plant should be in a pot with a maximum diameter of 15 cm. We include the appropriate vertical growing medium with each planter. We recommend plants such as pothos, ferns, or certain types of philodendrons, which have flexible roots that aren’t too thick.
Do you provide quotes for businesses?
Absolutely. Hotels, restaurants, offices, coworking spaces—we offer customized quotes with volume discounts. Contact us via the form and specify “Business Project.”
How do I change the front panel of the display?
In a single step. The acoustic felt panel is clip-on. Simply pull it toward you to remove it and clip the new one into place. No tools required, and no marks left on the wall.
Is the painting made in France?
Yes. The planter made from recycled plastic (PP) is manufactured in Saint-Étienne. The front panel is assembled in Lyon. Only the raw material for the acoustic felt comes from abroad.
